Gergana Ruseva and Radoslav Radev have over 23 years of diverse experience in the outsourcing and contact centre fields altogether. Throughout their journey as top leaders in one of the most successful BPO organisations, they have gathered priceless experience, expertise and deep understanding of the industry which eventually added enormous value to their clients. With their team of professionals, they have helped and continue helping many businesses overcome the growing challenge of scarce talent pools and increasing demand for lowering operational cost.
